After reading great reviews about Dr. Poonam Nautiyal, I booked an appointment with her, and true to the reviews Dr Poonam was the kindest doctor that I had met, who is empathetic towards you and makes you feel like family. There began our journey of 9 months. From our first meeting onwards, I have always felt comfortable with her. She is just an amazing human being who radiates positive vibes. She clears all our doubts during follow up sessions and is always available on phone for any assistance at anytime of the day. She will ask to do only necessary tests/scans and also helps with other specialist as an when required, which becomes very helpful during pregnancy.
Dr. Poonam comes across as an extremely welcoming, friendly, extremely down to earth, humble professional who not only gives you state of the art treatment but also counsels you towards whatever the line of treatment/procedure is required. She helped us bring 2 beautiful children in this world. We are extremely grateful & appreciative towards her. In my over 4 decades of life experience i have never came across a doctor so responsive or calls back on a single whatsapp message. In today's world where doctors are becoming more & more ruthless. She comes across as a shining beacon, reassuring the lost faith in this field. I wish more & more doctors tow her line of working & makes this world a better place to live in/for.
I am so glad I chose Dr Poonam Nautiyal for my pregnancy journey, she held my hand throughout and is so patient and understanding. She made sure I was comfortable though out and gave me the best guidance on the journey. Highly recommend her as a Gynac!!
She is the most friendly and the kindest doctor I have ever met. She was so empathetic towards me and answered all my doubts very patiently. She was available 24*7 all throughout my pregnancy and was more caring than my own family. Not only my doctor she was also my best friend. She made this difficult journey so smooth and stress free. Dr. Poonam Nautiyal is exactly how a doctor especially a Gynecologist is supposed to be! She had been exceptionally helpful through out my journey of pregnancy and even post delivery. She doesn't only focuses on your physical well-being but also lends hand if one is going through an emotional roller coaster. She is ready to hear out every problems and delivers a satisfying answers to all your questions. I can’t write in words but dr Poonam has helped me conceive my first child and now after 5 years I gave birth to my second under her supervision and treatment. So smooth pregnancy and delivery, she is always available over call / WhatsApp, understands patient mental state as well. I strongly recommend her for any gynaec related problem. Dr. Poonam Nautiyal is the best gynecologist i have ever come across. She listens to all your queries and concerns patiently and explains everything calmly and in detail. She is polite, kind, compassionate and always available on call and WhatsApp to address all your concerns - big or small. I had to move to a different city but couldn't find a better doctor than her. Dr Poonam was a sheer blessing for us. When we wanted to plan for a baby, we started searching for a good gynaecologist and I’m so glad that we found her on Practo. Poonam doctor is so patient and genuine. She used to clarify all my doubts so patiently and she was always available whenever I needed even through phone. With her guidance and immense care I delivered my baby girl via c section. Surgery was super smooth without any complications. Post discharge she was constantly in touch with me checked upon me and my new born. She also guided me on breastfeeding and when my newborn was diagnosed with jaundice she herself used to call me to check her health which I really don’t think any other doctor would do. I’m so thankful to her for being there for us in this whole process. I and my husband would recommend her 100% to anybody who is looking for the best gynaecologist.
Dr. Poonam was my gyne throughout my pregnancy and delivery and I thank God everyday for her. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable Doctor but more than that she is just an amazing human being who radiates positivity and calmness. She was always available throughout my pregnancy no matter what time of the day. During the check ups she gives all the time you need, answers all your queries and also counsel you well. Even after my delivery she literally helped me get back on my feet, taught me how to breastfeed etc and was constantly in touch with me for months after that to counsel me on how to deal with postpartum blues. We were planning to move cities during my pregnancy but when I found her I decided not to because it is very difficult to find such an amazing gyne. In short you cannot be in better hands than hers.
